Reset the Windows start screen layout

1. Win+R
2. Type 'cmd' then ENTER
3.Type 'cd /d %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\' then ENTER
4. CTR+SHIFT Right Click the taskbar
5. Select "Exit Explorer"
6. Navigate back to the command prompt and type 'del appsfolder.itemdata-ms' then ENTER
7. Type 'del appsfolder.itemdata-ms.bak' then ENTER
8. CTR+SHIFT+DEL, select "Task Manager"
9. File > "Run New Task"
10. Type 'explorer' then 'ok'
